Parts receive an even media blasting to provide the best adhesion for the final product. This may take place in our cabinet or blast room depending on the project size.
Iron phosphate is a product commonly used for powder coating that provides a chemical etching for new parts in need of coating.
For heavily used products such as wheels, outdoor furniture or railings, we often times suggest a primer for powder coated projects.
We carry over 90 colors in stock and have over 6,000 samples for in person viewing during your appointment. We carry and can order in rivers, textures, high gloss to no gloss, glow in the dark, veins, metallics, candies and more!
For projects in need of a coating with a high temperature rating, we offer cerakote. This product offers a 6H hardness rating, is a thin application and can handle temperatures up to 2,000 degrees! Perfect for firearms, fire pits and heat shields to name a few.
